- Dead Sea clay + Cambrian blue clay – shown to offer antioxidant, antimicrobial, and wound-healing properties, these mineral clays are prized for their applications in skin healing (see References)
- Organic kelp – promotes skin health and may help prevent visible signs of aging by hydrating skin and inhibiting UVB-induced inflammation
- Sea salt – helps reduce skin inflammation when used in topical applications
- Okra infusions – while not from the sea, okra fruit is an under-appreciated powerhouse. Derivatives from the fruit and seeds offer a range of skin-loving properties, including skin hydration, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal activity. Studies have demonstrated seed extracts to improve skin elasticity, skin firmness, and skin texture, among other benefits.
Essential Oils That Calm + Heal
Featured therapeutic-grade essential oils in this face soap include:

All of our face soaps are carefully formulated with non-clogging ingredients and with a gentle cleansing power delicate enough for facial skin. We use our most nourishing and luxurious ingredients as the primary base of our face soaps – all of which collectively help promote soft, supple, and healthfully radiant skin (see References):
- Grass-fed, pasture-raised beef tallow – offers anti-inflammatory support, antioxidants glutathione & superoxide dismutase, omega-3 fatty acids, precursors to vitamins A & E
- Pasture-raised pork lard – offers vitamin D3 which enhances wound healing
- Organic kokum butter – offers antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antidepressant, and anti-anxiolytic benefits

How To Use Our Face Soaps
First wet the face and neck with water, then rub face soap between your hands to create a creamy lather. Apply and massage to all of face and neck (while avoiding getting soap inside the eyes) – then rinse off with water and follow up with face toner and moisturizer.
