Ingredients
Our Shea Kokum Body Butter (33g) comes in a 50ml frosted glass container and contains (see References):
- Avocado oil – outstanding for chapped & dry skin, avocado oil has been demonstrated in rat studies to cause faster skin re-epitheliazation, collagen repair, and wound healing
- Organic kokum butter – derived from the Garcinia indica evergreen tree; has demonstrated antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antidepressant, and anti-anxiolytic benefits
- Organic shea butter – rich in vitamin C, with both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity
- Organic arrowroot – a vegetable root that helps transform natural "greasiness" of oils into a smooth, satin finish due to its absorption properties
Lingers on the Skin Surface
Unlike our quickly absorbing Tallow Body Butter – perfect for daytime use on the go – our Shea Kokum Body Butter lingers on the skin surface just a little longer when time and circumstances allow for a bit of a longer lasting skin conditioning treatment (such as overnight).
Suggested Use & How to Apply
Massage all over body for a lingering skin-conditioning treatment. To best hydrate, apply to freshly washed skin and leave on overnight.
